... is really easy if you observe the most important rules: heat the pan first, then pour in the oil. Only use high-temperature oils such as coconut oil or vegetable oils such as rapeseed, grape seed or filtered olive oil. Place the food to be fried in the pan when the oil is hot (medium heat, 2/3 oven maximum). To ensure the fried food stays juicy, season with salt only after you have fried it.
